The pastry cloth is made of canvas material that is treated with a release agent that resists grease and moisture and has the necessary stiffness to roll cookies, pie crusts, and pasta. Perimeter of pastry cloth is stitched to prevent fraying or tearing. Multilingual instructions and recipes included. Custom sizes are available upon request.
